You may have guessed that MSU basketball camp was this week! More pics later!

While the boys were at BB camp, I camped over at Mom & Dad's to help paint the house. Dad was an expert at trim around the windows.

Mom trimmed around the doors! "Be careful on that stool, Lorraine!" yelled Dad.

Taking a break on the deck. Dad always picks up rolls for a mid-morning treat!

Jerry tested out the extended ladder for safety. Mom and Dad decided to hire out the high peaks!

Another well-deserved break!

Those shutters are a LOT of work, right Mom?

After a break from camp, Cole & Jayden try out the pitching machine at Scheels.

Then on to Target to purchase a few cards.

DQ blizzards can't be beat after a busy day!

More basketball practice with Jerry.

More painting... Dad was a little perturbed he got demoted (in his opinion), to scraping the railing on the back of the house!

I think this is the corner where I got bit by something that left a bull's eye rash on my arm. A few days later, I went to the Dr. and was treated for "Possible" Lyme Disease. Better to be safe, than sorry!

Back at BB camp. Nice shot, Cole!

Award's time!

They got a haul!

Nice shirts, trophy's and balls!

Great Grandpa's proud!

Grandma's proud also!

The back of the house is almost finished! Next project - the deck!

Game time, and Avary and Claire have found puddles left by recent rains!

Lookin' good, Cole!

Dedicated fans!

Another run!

Blanket were a staple this summer during games!

Jayden was happy to be able to attend one of Cole's games.

Now we're on to Lake Metigoshe!

When the boys arrived at the lake, they made this trap for the chipmunks. It worked, but they let him go. Pretty clever!

Boys will be boys!

I don't think Jerry was around when the boys climbed up on the Suburban's roof!

Jason's parents camped with us this week-end, and drove their beautiful new fifth wheel!

Trevor picked up this fridge along the lake road, with a sign that said "Really works!" He hauled it over, so now we have our own "Redneck Fridge" to share with the Melins!

Jerry's birthday was July 19th, and Tiff and Jason got him The "Obama Diaries."

Jayden missed playing baseball this summer, as he was in CO with his dad.

Jason catches up with him.

Sherry got a brand new phone, so now can check Facebook, and send pics to post!

This was our biggest mistake of the summer! We and neighbors Melins hired them to pull our weeds in front of the cabin, and left a bigger mess than we had! They didn't clean up the weeds they pulled up, so they all drifted back to shore!

Jason works to control the fire while grilling hamburgers. He's a master grill chef!

Jayden and Tiff watch the weed machine.

It's July 23, and Cole's birthday, so the cake of choice this summer is the DQ cake.

Happy 10th Birthday, Cole!

We had a mini celebration, as we were going to celebrate all of the kids birthdays in Aug.

How appropriate - A Mauer shirt! Cole and Kaydra are going to attend the Twin's Training Camp in Mpls.

Kaydra begins to pull out a few of the weeds they left for us.

One wheelbarrow load!

Practicing the balance beam routine in preparation of this fall's gymnastics!

A little umbrella-sharing with Mommy!

Nice picture, Cole! You sure put in a lot of time on this!

Maureen (Jason's mom) bakes the best cookies, and brought these huge chocolate chip and monster cookies! The boys loved them!

Cruisin' the lake!

Did I mention that Kaydra loves those cookies too?

Checker time!

Boy talk time!

Scrabble time!

What's the capacity on this Party Dock?

Maureen mixed up a delicious fresh garden green beans with bacon dish to go along with her ham!

Nathan picks up a load from the dock!

This was the night of the KISS concert at the NDSF, so Dave got dressed up to attend with Trevor and MaryAnn!

Mother-in-law, Daughter-in-law time!

That RV is gorgeous!

Laurie shows the guys how Bocce Ball is really played!

Social hour has begun! I won't mention the time!

A little Poker game!

A little Static Electricity experiment! It worked!

I'll give this a "10!"

Cole and Kaydra came out the big winners! You'll put that to good use at the Twin's Camp!

A little "Mommy" time!

Campfire's are the best time of the day!

Going through the weeds on a tube is not all it's cracked up to be!!

We made it out alive!

Cranberry juice?

Claire absolutely loves the jet-ski!

Better relax this week-end, because next week-end, Maureen and Laurie will be providing meals for a huge Family Reunion at Metigoshe! I guess these two are use to this!

These girls always have a great time together!

Is Mom giving some advice to her son?

The smile that melts our hearts!

We had to have our picture taken, as we MATCHED today!

What a nice day this was!

Back in Cavalier, Jason and Jayden work on Fantasy Football!
