Mom fired up the Kitchen-Aid, and thus began the traditional "Christmas Cookie Baking" at Lee's Kitchen.

Dad usually makes quite a few trips to Marketplace for supplies during this production! One of his other jobs is unwrapping the Hershey Kisses.

Sherry is the "Fudge Expert!" This is her (almost embarrassed to say), 4th huge pan of fudge made since Thanksgiving! This is by far Dad's favorite treat!

I'm not usually the roller, but decided to give it a try this year. I had more flour on my shirt than on the counter!

Frosting and decorating...

Mom is an expert on "Thumbprint" cookies!

Fudge, cut-outs, thumbprints, peanut blossoms, and nut goodie bars by the dozens!

Dad volunteered for "Bell Ringing" duty at K-mart once a week for several weeks.

The annual Christmas card and letter went out this week also! Dad writes a few notes, stamps, labels, and folds!

Mom orders the card and writes the annual Christmas letter. We have saved every picture card and letter for 30 some years, and made copies for all family members. What a journal of our lives!

Oh, we decided we should have a few dipped pretzels to make the cookie trays look pretty!

Diets begin (again) after Christmas!
