We decided it was time to bring Dad home for a few hours on Sunday, so
Sherry, Mom, and I prepared his favorite meal - scalloped potatoes, squash, and apple crisp.
Jeni and Nathan were in Bismarck for Cole's tournament, so it was a small gathering, but very nice! We moved a little furniture, took out a few pieces, and Jerry put up bars in the bathroom and outside the garage door. We had a great day!
Dad noticed our snowman was buried a little deeper in the snow!
The next week-end, Tiff and Jayden were here for a short time, so we headed to Space Aliens for some food and fun! Claire got her first jackpot today!
Kaydra and Kodi joined in the games!

Later, we went to Manor Care to visit Dad. Jayden has always loved puzzles, so attempted this one!
Rumor has it the boys were up all night! Cole was there a few minutes when he crashed!

Dad achieved "Yellow Ribbon" status! He is able to get out of his wheelchair, park it, and sit on his own in a chair at the dining table!
Mom is an expert at puzzles. She always use to buy one for New Years, and would work on it through the winter months!
Jayden finally crashed also! It was rather embarrassing waking the boys, and have them stagger through the nursing home on the way to the door! The boys even missed their Packer and Steeler play-off games, which they both dressed for!
Jason stopped for a few hours on his way from Lignite to Cavalier. They had a hard week, as Jason's dad passed away a week ago unexpectedly!
While the boys were sleeping, we took Claire on a little shopping trip to Target. She chose this cute Castle tent.
She also found this cute puppy she named "Love" because she loves it SO much!
She found this Taylor Swift poster and wanted her picture taken by it!
Claire wanted to put her new mittens on before she walked to the car. Notice her cute hair done by sister Kaydra!

Kaydra missed the shopping trip, but stashed away her shopping money. She and her friend were going to a birthday sleep-over at the motel. Fun!
Sherry is stirring the chicken stew we made for Dad. He requested this Sunday night. He's usually the one who makes this, so we had to have him dictate his "secret" recipe for us! It wasn't quite the same, but was yummy!
Even Great Grandma climbed inside Claire's tent!
Jayden is awake and well-rested now!
He's up for a game of ping pong with Grandpa, while Cole sleeps on...
Dad sure appreciated some home cooking!
Jayden couldn't get over the size of this remote at the home!
Grandpa loved seeing everyone!
Later, we took the boys to Target, and of course they headed straight for the cards!
