Cavalier and Puppy-Sitting Buster

Last Saturday we headed up to Cavalier to pick up Buster, as Tiff, Jason, and Jayden were leaving for Orlando on Wednesday. Thompson's Cafe was our first stop for lunch. Jayden got in a little "Claw" machine action while waiting for our lunch!
Jayden is sure going to miss Buster!
A little hoop action!
How can you resist those eyes?
Mother-Son love!
Puppy lovin'
Jason had put in some new flooring in the family room, so Jerry helped out with a little trim work.
New lighting to go over the pub table.
A three person job?
Lookin' good!
Jayden and good friend Dawson spend lots of time together.
Ready to shoot some hoops! (Not ready for pics!)
Sunday morning breakfast-biscuits & gravy! Yum!

Breakfast for Buster?
Great meals come out of this kitchen!
Jayden and Dawson getting ready to try "Soft pellot Warfare" with friends.
We're ready to return to Minot with Buster!
Three more days until some "Fun in the Orlando Sun" time!
The Pampered Pup!
Jerry took Buster on a walk past Bel Air, so stopped for the kids to get a look at him. Since we have a "No Pet" policy, they had to watch from the windows!
Happy Valentine's Day from Buster!
Newly fallen snow
Snow Nose!
Buster has found a new favorite-Sammy's Pizza!

Pinecone in the mouth - a common sight!

After all those walks, Buster needed a bath!
"Fetching" is one of his favorites!

Waiting patiently for Jerry to get ready to take him for a walk!

Sunday we drove up to the lake to check things out on our way to Cavalier. The plane was delayed a couple of hours in Orlando. They were up in the air for 20 minutes, and had to go back down to change planes!
Buster really seemed to remember the lake! He was just a pup late last summer when he first arrived for Jayden's birthday!

Our neighbors had all their trees cut down over the winter!

The snow is still plenty deep, but Buster loved frolicking in it!

In the cabin for a few minutes!

We arrived in Cavalier, and Buster was happy to be in his own yard! How he was able to run around in the yard with this long stick, I'll never know!

A walk before the family got back!
They're home, and both Jayden and Buster are happy to see each other!
They had a great trip, and we had a wonderful time with Buster!
