After several years of renting a place in Mesa, (January-March), my parents finally purchased a place. I told them to stay a few months longer this year, as our snow will probably be here through May!
Mark came for a week-long stay when temps were only around 60! (I would still take that!)
Enjoy your new place! Hopefully next year we'll make it down there for a few days. We miss you!
