We hadn't been to Cavalier since last summer, so thought it was about time to venture up North!
We were surprised to see they had as much, or more snow than Minot!
A newly-purchased sauna was awaiting us!
Jason had assembled most of it, but saved a few little jobs for Jerry.
Jayden and friend Dawson tried it out and gave a "thumbs up!"
Jayden was so relaxed, he could have fallen asleep.
Next job on the agenda was flooring in the sauna room.
While the guys worked on flooring, Tiff & I decided to paint the flooring in the storage areas. We thought it looked pretty good, so the guys put together Jayden's old bunk beds,
added a few pieces of comfy old furniture, tv with used game system, area rug, foosball table, and it's now a third spare bedroom for overflow company. We like that!
Jayden had a sleepover with friend Dawson. They were ready to hit the ice rink, but posed for a quick picture. I think I overheard that a couple of girls from their class were going to be there too!
Next, on to some indoor football practice.
I got roped into this drill. They started in the hallway, ran into Jayden's room to the bed, and I tossed the ball to them. I must have done an okay job, as they missed very few balls!
A little down time on the computer

Must be nice to receive a Kitchen Aid for Valentine's Day!
And even nicer to receive TWO bouquets! I'm wondering if the delivery guy is running late over here!
Saying good-bye is always hard. Those week-ends are way too short! We loved the good food: chili, chicken pasta, pizza, biscuits & gravy, and sausage, egg, & hasbrowns. Your company & hospitality are always the best! Thanks for another great week-end!
