Friday night we headed to Grafton for Jayden's wrestling meet.

He took third place. Way to go, Jayden!

Proud parents!

Proud Grandparents!

At 6:30 a.m. Saturday morning we were off to Thief River Falls for another meet. Jayden entertained himself listening to music and playing on his iPod.

The trees were frost covered!

After weigh-ins, we found this cute little restaurant for breakfast. Jayden ordered steak and eggs - his favorite!

Warm-ups begin!

Waiting to wrestle

Getting head gear on

Let the games begin!

4th Place - Not bad for your third year of wrestling!

Lunch afterward at McDonalds - then on to Walmart before heading back.

5th grade - 82 pounds

A little football action followed our return to Cavalier.

I can't believe how big their geranium plant they wintered inside has grown! It's even blooming!

Time for a game of Horse!

In 7th grade Jayden will have to decide between wrestling and basketball, since they're played at the same time.

A little BB trick! BB is spinning, and Jayden isn't touching it! :)

Supper at Thompson's Cafe that night. Jayden ordered the 21 piece shrimp dinner, and ate it all!

Jason and Tiff ordered 3 year's worth of pictures. We had a great time going through these. Lots of great memories!

Jayden enjoyed the warm night out in the snow.

Then relaxed his sore muscles in the hot tub!

They played a little poker.

Sunday morning Jason made one of his great breakfasts! O'brien hashbrowns, sausage, eggs, and toast.

Another quick game of cards...

Some nice looking trophies and medals, Jayden!

One last game of BB with Grandpa before we head home.

We had a wonderful week-end!

We returned home to see Mom's completed 1000 piece puzzle! It's beautiful!

I wouldn't have the patience or skill to work on one of these!

Dad absolutely loves talking to friends and relatives! He's one of the most social people I know!

My cousin Peggy Strand Erickson, a teacher in Tappen made it on The Wheel of Fortune!

She did win something, and had a great time with Vanna and Pat!
